Partner Day - from idea to implementation
Dell is a company that creates computers, innovations and new standards in the digital world. And we helped them to hold a partner day for distributors in Georgia.
We carried out full project management at all stages — from preparation to on-site implementation. We ensured smooth operation of processes and a high level of customer service.

1. Analysis of the objectives and objectives of the event
We held a briefing with the client's team, determined the objectives of the event, the format, the target audience and key performance indicators. On this basis, we have formed an overall project implementation strategy.
2. Development of the event format and structure
We have formed the concept of the event, the scenario and the timing. We selected and took over the management of the site, taking into account the client's brand, technical requirements and the logic of the event.
3. Logistics and operational management
We organized the accommodation of guests and transport logistics, including the coordination of transfers. We provided work with local contractors, as well as a cultural and gastronomic program for an international audience.
4. Managing contractors and teams
We gathered and coordinated a pool of contractors (technical support, catering, service, transport), having built uniform standards of quality and communication.

Part 1 -
Conference
We built a full-fledged stage with a large LED screen and two banners on the sides. Here, Dell employees presented new projects, equipment, and solutions for their partners. No fuss, just a clean organization, perfect timing, and a visual that worked for the brand.
Part 2 -
Gala dinner
A completely different mood: inspiration, emotions, recognition of partners. We created a second stage with musicians, a large central banner and two screens on the sides, so that every moment of the award ceremony looked solemn and large—scale.
